With apologies, we inform that walk-in clients will not be accepted and allowed to transact business at any time. Please be advised that non-appearance on your scheduled date and time would mean forfeiture of your slot, and you are required to book another appointment through the OSS. Also, online appointments are not transferrable.
For clients who passed their Civil Service Examination from other CSC Regional Offices, please be informed that there will be an additional three (3) hours waiting time from the receipt of the Action Officer of your complete requirements for the backroom validation process on top of the usual one (1) hour processing time per transaction.
Clients who already submitted their requests and have already secured a scheduled date for claiming of their Certificate of Eligibility need not book an appointment with the OSS. You will be entertained starting 2pm to 5pm on your scheduled date.
