670 government officials and employees in the region joined the color fun run dubbed as “VibeRun: Takbo Para sa Mga Servant Heroes”, organized by the CSC Region II in Tuguegarao City today, 01 September 2024. The event is a kick-off activity of the celebration of the 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA).

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. II (CSC RO II) conducted a historic awarding program for the first seven grantees in Region II who were granted the Career Service Eligibility – Preference Rating (CSE-PR) under CSC Resolution No. 2301123.  The simple program was held on 15 August 2024 at the CSC Function Hall Regional Office, Regional Government Center, Tuguegarao City.

In the continuous pursuit of providing client-centered services to the public, the Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. II launched the pilot run of Alamin ang Latest! on 31 July 2024 via online. This initiative is a series of free webinars that aims to disseminate and raise awareness about the latest issuances and policy updates of the Commission

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. II (CSC RO II) successfully administered the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) on 11 August 2024 in different testing centers in Cagayan Valley. Despite its classification as a small regional office, CSC RO II was ranked 6th among the 16 CSC regional offices nationwide based on the total number of registered examinees on the aforementioned examination.

Through consistent delivery of quality public service, continual improvements on operations, and painstaking audit preparations across the regional and field offices, the Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. II Quality Management System (QMS) has successfully passed the Stage 1 and 2 audits for the ISO 9001:2015 Certification by TÜVRheinland Philippines, Inc. on May 20 and July 18-19, respectively.
