Issuance of COE for 3 March 2024 CSE-PPT passers
The CSC RO V through its Examination Services Division opens 18 additional slots per day for the Issuance of Certification and/or Authentication of Eligibility for passers of 3 March 2024 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) in Bicol Region.
All passers are required to book an appointment at https://bit.ly/onschedv2. The booking link is dedicated ONLY to 3 March 2024 CSE-PPT passers in Bicol.
Those who secured an appointment shall bring the requirements indicated on the Exam/Eligibility Records Request Form (ERRF) (https://bit.ly/CSC_COEReqs) on the day and time of their schedule.

Issuance of COE for 3 March 2024 CSE-PPT passers
Passers of 3 March 2024 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) may request an Issuance of Certification and/or Authentication of Eligibility starting 13 June until 30 August 2024.
All passers are required to book an appointment at https://bit.ly/onschedv2 . This booking link is dedicated ONLY for the passers of 3 March 2024 CSE - PPT.

OnSched Booking
All clients with booked appointments (through bit.ly/onsched) for Certification and/or Authentication of Eligibility for the months of JUNE and JULY 2024 are advised to transact with the CSC Regional Office within the month of June 2024 on the following schedule:
Every Monday - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Every Tuesday to Thursday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Every Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Transactions will be queued as you arrive and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you still wish to retain your original booking and transact with this office on that day, you will still be accommodated.
If you mistakenly booked an appointment but will be applying for the grant of eligibility, kindly proceed to the nearest CSC RO V Field Office and submit your application.
Those without an appointment and wish to request for the issuance of Certification and/or Authentication of Eligibility are advised to tune in to the CSC RO V official Facebook page (Civil Service Commission Region V-Bicol) for an announcement once slots in the online scheduler become available.

Qualified applicants may now apply for Career Service Examination - Preference Rating (CSE-PR) through the six (6) CSC Field offices.
