This course aims to assist, guide, and update the officials and employees of the government agencies on the basic concepts, principles, and nature of Public Sector Employee's Organization (PSEO) and use the employee organization as a venue for true empowerment.
Course Description
Further, the participants will have a better appreciation of the role of employee organization in establishing a nurturing and a harmonious working relationship with the top management, clarify some issues and problems concerning their rights and obligations as members of the employee organization, and learn latest updates on PSEO.
