With rapid developments in digital innovation, one cannot undermine the need to cope with all the advancements and take advantage of the digital opportunities to aid in organizational success.

In today’s digital economy, organizations face inevitable changes which become the driving force in the emergence of digital leaders. These digital leaders inspire people to engage in rapid innovation that result to transformation and better outcomes. They are willing to explore how technological advancements can be used to help organization become more responsive to customer needs and adapt to the changing business demands.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) shares these observations as it invites organization leaders to its 2nd Quarter Civil Service Institute (CSI) Leadership Series 2018 themed, “Digital Leadership” on June 20, 2018 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City.

The 2nd quarter offering of the CSI Leadership Series will enable leaders to understand the significance, and take responsibility for inbound data and the processes within the organization that support it, as well as the outbound digital information that the organization generates. Digital leaders adopt this technological evolution as part of their organization’s growth.

Among the speakers are Department of Information and Communications Technology OIC-Secretary Eliseo M. Rio, Jr., JobStreet Philippines SEAK Asia-Pacific Regional Marketing Head Ms. Yolanda R. Buyco, and World Bank’s IT Consultant Ms. Dittas A. Formoso.
