Functions:

Programming and coordinating the regular and special meetings of the Commission Proper; Managing and maintaining all decisions, policies, pronouncements, issuances, and records of the Commission Proper; Liaise with both Houses of Congress on legislative matters affecting the public personnel administration system and people working in government; and Coordinating commitments of the CSC with the ASEAN and other international bodies.
