The online registration for the October 12, 2018 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) in Doha, Qatar is extended until September 30, 2018, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced.

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Qatar who are at least 18 years old on the date of registration may apply for either the Professional or Subprofessional Level of the CSE-PPT.

To register, applicants must access http://erpo.csc.gov.ph/onlineregistration/user/ to create an account and reserve an appointment schedule with the Doha Philippine Embassy.

Upon successful registration and reservation of appointment schedule, applicants must submit to the embassy staff the application requirements, namely, duly accomplished application form (CS Form 100, Revised September 2016), which can be downloaded from the embassy website at http://dohape.dfa.gov.ph/downloads/, or from the CSC website at www.csc.gov.ph under Downloads > Forms; four (4)  pieces of recently taken (not more than three months ago) passport size (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) I.D. pictures in white background, showing the applicant’s bare face (without eye glasses or any accessory that may cover facial features), and with hand-held and written name tag legibly showing the applicant’s signature over printed full name; and a photocopy of his/her valid Philippine passport (photo page only) or valid Qatar I.D. (bitika/pataka).

The embassy staff will assess the application requirements and give clearance for payment. Applicants may pay the examination fee direct to the Doha Philippine Embassy. The embassy will issue a provisional receipt, while the official receipt will be issued by the CSC on examination day.

Once payment has been made via bank or remittance/payment centers, the applicant must scan or take a photo of the bank deposit or payment slip and upload it via the Online Registration System. The CSC will validate the payment and confirm the applicant’s status.

Once the application is completed and status is confirmed, the applicant must log-in to the Online Registration System to generate his/her Notice of School Assignment. ###
