ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING FOR MARCH 26, 2023 PASSERS
Passers of the March 26, 2023 CSE-PPT are required to book an online appointment via https://bit.ly/coemar26 , to get their Certification of Eligibility (COE).
Passers may claim their COEs at the Civil Service Commission Regional Office XI, Ecoland, Matina, based on their booking schedule.
They may apply for a Certification of Eligibility (COE) printed on security paper for a fee of P100.00 or a Certification printed on CSC stationery, for free. Personal presence is necessary to claim their COE and will be released upon presentation of valid IDs.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) recently released the results of the Career Service Professional and Sub-professional Examinations held last March 26, 2023. Of the 331,816 examinees, only 54,478 passed the Professional level or 16.42%, while 9,942 passed the Sub-professional level or 19.97%. The National Capital Region (NCR) had the highest passing rate, with 13,544 or 21.39% out of 63,313 3 examinees passing the Professional level and 3,138 23.34% out of 13,442 examinees passing the Sub-professional level.
In Davao Region, a total of 2,385 or 13.62% out of 17,511 examinees passed the Professional level while 174 or 14.25% out of 1,221 examinees passed the Sub-professional level. Gwen L. Ambrona ranked as second top passer (national ranking ) in the Sub-professional level with a rating of 90.17%.
Examinees may view the complete list of passers through the CSC Website (www.csc.gov.ph) and CSC ROXI FB Page (https://www/facebook.com/cscregion11). Moreover, examinees, both passed and failed, may generate their individual rating through OCSERGS or the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System, which can be accessed via CSC website.
Release of Certification of Eligibility (CoE) to passers will start on July 11, 2023 through online appointment via https://bit.ly/coemar26. Processing of CoEs for Davao Region passers shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Civil Service Commission Regional Office XI, Ecoland Drive, Davao City.
Passers may apply for CoE on security paper with a fee by July 11, 2023. They may also request for its authenticated copy/ies.
It is recommended for passers to secure a CoE printed in security paper as this is more preferred by government agencies as supporting document for job application, including promotion and other human resource actions/ movements.
Passers should personally claim their CoE. In claiming for their CoEs, passers must bring one (1) valid ID. Payment of P100 per copy for certification fee is required for Certification of Eligibility printed in security paper while that printed in CSC stationery is for free. In both instances, an amount of P50 per copy is required for payment of authentication fee for those who will be securing authenticated copies of their Certifications of Eligibility.

EXAM APPLICATION PROCESS :
Step 1 - Secure Exam Application Form with CONTROL NUMBER. Forms are available onsite and for FREE at SM Lanang Premier- Fountain Area.
Step 2 - Accomplish Form at SM Lanang Premier- Fountain Area.
Step 3 - Proceed to processing area for final evaluation of application form and payment at SM Lanang Premier- 2nd Floor SM Cinema Area.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
ONLY WALK-IN APPLICANTS WILL BE CATERED.
Processing of exam application will ONLY be catered at SM Lanang Premier. No processing of application at CSC Regional Office XI, Ecoland, Davao City.
Distribution of application forms with control number at SM Lanang Premier- Fountain Area starting at 8:00 AM up to 5:00 PM. Exam applicants are encouraged to use the forms onsite. Personal appearance is strictly required.
Only 500 applicants will be catered per day. Those who arrive beyond the target number will be given application forms with control number for the succeeding days. No online reservation of slots.
Processing of exam applications will start from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at SM Lanang Premier, 2nd Floor SM Cinema Area.
Special lane for PWDs, Pregnant Women and Senior Citizens will be provided.
